This is the most advanced country in the west Africa, I think. Some tourists fly to Europe or the south Africa from here.
I got a GHANA visa at Ouagadougou (BURKINA FASO) / CFA15,000 (in Japan 8,000yen). (refer to 'Niger_BurkinaFaso.doc')

There is a petrol station and tricking changers.
You never exchange here because there are only them. They try to roll and wrap the money with paper. On that time they pull out some money from it. They say 'At the immigration your foreign currency will be seized, so I'll wrap your money.' But it's a lie.

There is a group of tricking changer. You never exchange here. (refer to 'town')
There are guides for passing the border, though you don't have to hire. Someone may require the charge for parking, though you don't have to pay.

Almost main roads are pavement. North area, for example around MOLE NP are earth road.
